Franchesco Donovan Fickey Martinez is an Immigration Attorney and owner of his own immigration law firm. In 2015, Franchesco opened his own practice, calling it Fickey Martinez Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Now, he serves Eastern North Carolina in their immigration needs.
I know of the stress and worries that many immigrants experience in the Green Card application and interview process. I use my immigration experience to make clients more comfortable and prepared for their immigration process.
Growing up in a bilingual household has allowed me to be skilled in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English. I received my Associate Degree in Paralegal technology in May of 2016.
I was born and raised in Long Beach, California. I attended California State University Long Beach until May 2015 before I moved to North Carolina due to my husband’s military obligations.
I was born in Brasília, Brazil and received my bachelor’s degree in Tourism in 2010. After working for the U.S. Embassy in Brazil, I moved to Jacksonville, NC in 2017 to be with my husband who is stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River.
My Family is from Mexico. I grew up in a diverse home that was bilingual and bicultural. I look forward to helping immigrants and excelling at Fickey Martinez Law Firm.
I was born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. My mother is from Panama and she went through the Immigration and Naturalization process while I was young. I am currently attending East Carolina University to complete my Bachelor in Criminal Justice and Foreign Language.
