Franchesco Donovan Fickey Martinez is an Immigration Attorney and owner of his own immigration law firm. In 2015, Franchesco opened his own practice, calling it Fickey Martinez Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Now, he serves Eastern North Carolina in their immigration needs.
I know of the stress and worries that many immigrants experience in the Green Card application and interview process. I use my immigration experience to make clients more comfortable and prepared for their immigration process.
Growing up in a bilingual household has allowed me to be skilled in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English. I received my Associate Degree in Paralegal technology in May of 2016.
I was born in Brasília, Brazil and received my bachelor’s degree in Tourism in 2010. After working for the U.S. Embassy in Brazil, I moved to Jacksonville, NC in 2017 to be with my husband who is stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River.
My Family is from Mexico. I grew up in a diverse home that was bilingual and bicultural. I look forward to helping immigrants and excelling at Fickey Martinez Law Firm.
As an immigrant herself, Polly easily understands and relates to immigrant clients and their experiences. She understands the personal and professional importance of obtaining an appropriate visa and vigorously represents clients to meet their goals. She handles the employment-based cases at Fickey Martinez Law Firm.
Before attending law school, I was employed as a paralegal at a prominent immigration law office, where I developed a passion for Immigration Law.
I grew up on a small island off the coast of North Carolina. I am currently a DACA recipient, which I believe helps me communicate and relate with clients on a more personal level. I am currently a student at Pitt Community College pursuing a degree in Paralegal Technology.
