Position: Immigration Legal Assistant
Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish
With Firm: Since 2018
Education: Bachelors in Tourism from the Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília (IESB)
Biography:I was born in Brasília, Brazil and received my bachelor’s degree in Tourism in 2010. After working for the U.S. Embassy in Brazil, I moved to Jacksonville, NC in 2017 with a K-1 fiance visa to be with my husband who is stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River. My personal experience with the US immigration process and with the US military allows me to relate to the challenges that military spouses and immigrants face while building their lives in this beautiful country. There is nothing like seeing the happiness in the face of our clients when they receive an immigration benefit. In my free time, I love to take my dog to long walks, to learn from documentaries, and do all things animal-related.
