Fickey Martinez Law Firm: North Carolina Immigration Lawyer

Books belonging to our immigration lawyer in Burgaw, NCImmigration law is one field of the law that is constantly changing. Congress, USCIS, CBP, NVC, DOS, and other agencies are often modifying existing rules or requirements making it challenging for those who are in the process of immigrating or working towards naturalization to keep up with the changes. This is why it is imperative that you work with an immigration attorney who is knowledgeable about immigration law. We frequently file with USCIS, NVC and DOS, and we can use this experience to better serve you.

Years of Experience serving military and their dependents

Our Law Firm began in Jacksonville, NC, next to Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base. From the beginning, we had to understand many things:

  1. Military Naturalization;
  2. Special Military Options for spouses, children, and parents of a service member;
  3. How to work around military training and deployments; and
  4. How to continue to serve our clients once they PCS outside of NC
    (especially during a pending immigration process).

Over the years, we have learned that service members value a law firm that constantly assists military families. In fact, many of our staff are military families. So, we can use our professional and personal experiences to better serve you.
